Bradley Janse van Rensburg is a seasoned technology leader and AI educator with over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector. He specialises in helping organisations move beyond AI hype towards practical, ethical, and results-driven artificial intelligence adoption. As the founder of Learn AI, Bradley has trained professionals and executives across South Africa through hands-on workshops and immersive programmes, empowering them to confidently apply AI in practical business scenarios. With a background spanning Chief Technology Officer and disaster recovery leadership roles, he brings a unique blend of technical depth, strategic insight and governance expertise to every AI transformation journey.
Kevin Shames

Kevin Shames is an accomplished investment and technology executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across financial markets, renewable energy, and emerging technologies. A qualified CA(SA) and CFA charterholder, he has an in-depth knowledge of governance, strategy, and sustainable growth and brings a practical, grounded approach to every engagement. Kevin has founded and led multiple successful ventures, including Genometry Fund Managers, where he is currently a Director, and Bright Light Solar, where he raised and deployed over R320 million into renewable energy projects. At Trailblaizers, he focuses on helping organisations develop responsible, high-impact AI strategies that balance innovation with compliance, trust and long-term value.
